About Me
Lesley A. Clay
I have been qualified as a solicitor for over 25 years having worked
in private practice and in industry. After running my firm from home in this location
from 1987 to 1997 we moved to Northern Ireland where I trained and volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)
and subsequently worked as a solicitor doing conveyancing, appearing before the magistrates in
civil and criminal cases and dealing with divorce, domestic violence work and contact hearings.
We then moved to the US for 4 years where I worked for a firm which dealt with large class actions involving imaging and search technology. On our return to the Slade in June 2006 I attended a refresher course and then spent two years with a reputable firm in West Berkshire gaining valuable experience in family law, civil litigation, commercial leases and domestic conveyancing.
I have now decided to open up the business working from home again and would like to welcome back any old clients and new ones both individuals and businesses.
